The RoleAs a Senior Planning Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising OneStream Planning & Forecasting solutions for large-scale clients. You’ll work collaboratively with finance leaders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, high-performance planning solutions.You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle – from discovery and design through to build, deployment, and enhancement. You’ll also help shape innovation around AI-driven predictive planning, machine learning integrations, and the next generation of OneStream Partner Place solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and delivery of OneStream Planning and Forecasting solutions for enterprise clients.Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes and performance goals.Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.Mentor and support junior consultants, ensuring project excellence.Contribute to innovation initiatives – particularly around AI and automation in the finance function.Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise their OneStream investment. About YouProven experience delivering OneStream Planning or Budgeting & Forecasting solutions (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations).Strong understanding of FP&A, financial modelling, and performance management processes.Background in consulting or implementation partner environments preferred.Comfortable working remotely across EMEA and engaging with global clients.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and bringing new ideas to life through technology.
