Germany has now become our largest market, and we are hiring an Operations associate to join the launch of the third German Upcenter in Illingen.

Responsibilities

• Operate, improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow, so that our operations get better every day
• Organise yourself with the team to set up yourself for success and beat targets
• Manage and train fellow associates on the floor to ensure quality and speed of execution
• Work closely with the rest of the operations team to support fast growth and expansion

Requirements

• Eye for detail
• Strong bias for action and speed of execution
• Proficiency in English
• Great problem solving skills
• High energy and a willingness to learn and to improve our operations every day!
