Operations Specialist - Credit (m/w/d)

• Support new lending transactions and the ongoing management of existing loan portfolios, primarily within real estate and construction finance.
• Assist with creditworthiness and financial analyses in line with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review loan agreements, security and collateral documentation, and related contractual materials.
• Support the structuring and administration of property- and project-based financing, including collateral and security packages.
• Contribute to process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives within the credit function.
• Act as a key interface between lending, risk management, and compliance functions.

Requirements

• Experience in credit processing, lending operations, or loan administration within a bank or financial institution.
• Hands-on exposure to real estate, construction, or developer financing is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of credit risk fundamentals and regulatory lending requirements.
• Detail-oriented, structured working style with a high level of ownership and reliability.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Completed banking apprenticeship or relevant academic background; additional professional qualifications are a plus.
