【Job Summary】 As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end execution of international shipments. Your goal is to ensure smooth logistics flow by coordinating effectively between carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Handle daily bookings and track import/export shipments across Sea, Air, and Road freight.
• Documentation: Prepare and verify essential shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, and commercial invoices.
• Liaison: Negotiate rates and schedules with transport providers while providing real-time status updates to clients.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Japanese language skills are a strong plus.

Employment Conditions

• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (including 1-hour lunch break).
• Holidays: Weekends, Public Holidays, plus 30 days of annual leave.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site attendance required.
