Stellenbeschreibung:

Operations Specialist - Micromobility

We’re looking for an analytical and solution-driven Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility team in Germany. In this dynamic and hands‑on role, you’ll manage Bolt’s e‑scooter operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring our users have a great experience. Location: Berlin, Germany

About the role

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll plan and manage all operations of one or more cities and be the first point of contact for any issues. You’ll closely monitor KPIs to meet our operating standards, optimise operational efficiency and costs, and ensure that e‑scooters are deployed to high‑demand areas. You’ll work closely with the local Maintenance team, Operations Manager, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing local operations, prioritising assignments effectively, analysing and monitoring city metrics, reporting them to relevant stakeholders, and identifying local trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
  • Taking actions based on customer feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance our customers’ satisfaction.
  • Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our fleet’s value proposition and improve performance and retention.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.

About you

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
  • You’re fluent in English and German, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds.
  • You possess good analytical skills and experience working with software like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You’re interested in shared mobility and new technologies, and you drive efficiency by improving and standardising processes.
  • You're a detail‑oriented problem solver who takes responsibility for your work.
  • You can work independently and possess strong prioritisation and time management skills.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
