Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who wants to keep the wheels turning and the team happy. As Operations Lead, you’ll own the details that make Tower run smoothly, from making sure the office is stocked and welcoming, to helping with hiring, bookkeeping, and investor updates. It’s a broad role, and you’ll have a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup gets built.

What You’ll Do

• Run the office: computer inventory, snacks, visitors, and making sure the place feels good to work in
• Help with hiring: partner with founders on sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, making the process smooth for everyone involved
• Keep HR tidy: payroll setup for new employees and compliance basics
• Stay on top of money stuff: organize receipts, prep monthly submissions for our accountants in the US and Germany
• Support the founders: scheduling important meetings and keeping calendars under control
• Look after our investors: maintain the reporting calendar and make sure updates go out on time
• Boost team morale: plan dinners, off-sites, and the small touches that make the team feel connected

What We’re Looking For

• A few years of experience in operations, office management, or something similar (bonus if at a startup)
• Someone who actually likes organizing things and pays attention to details
• Comfortable juggling a lot of small but important tasks at once
• Good with people: whether it’s greeting a visitor, chatting with a candidate, or nudging a teammate for a receipt
• Curious and resourceful: when something’s new, you’ll figure it out rather than wait for instructions

Nice to Have

• Experience with bookkeeping or investor reporting
• Worked closely with founders or execs before
• A go-to list of vendors, recruiters, or services you’ve used in past roles
