Your Responsibilities

• Analyze order books to ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor delivery dates and product availability for our B2B customers across Europe
• Actively support the achievement of quarterly/annual targets
• Manage available quantities across various channels and regions
• Create and analyze standard reports in Power BI
• Develop recommendations for risk management based on KPI tracking
• Prepare material master data overviews
• Close collaboration with Sales Planning, Customer Operations and Global Functions

Your Experience And Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in (B2B) customer service/operations or a related field - experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Strong IT affinity and sound understanding of business-critical KPIs
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Solid experience working with SAP and data visualization tools
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent and well-organized working style
• Ability to prioritize deadlines while keeping a passion for detail
• Reliable, assertive team player
