Paralegal Administrator

We are looking for a diligent and detail‑oriented Paralegal Administrator to join our client, based in Edinburgh for a temporary 8‑week contract. You will be working Monday‑Friday, full‑time, office‑based.

As the Paralegal Administrator, you will conduct a physical audit of thousands of boxes to identify and isolate any original documentation within the Records management field.

• Working within the Records management field conducting a physical audit of the contents of thousands of boxes to identify and isolate any original documentation.

• A recognised qualification in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal, Paralegal Administrator or in a legal environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
