Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

The position is temporary for 24 months. Employment may be either part‑time or full‑time, depending on the individual agreement.

Your Tasks

• Processing payroll in SAP in accordance with current employment law, applicable collective agreements, income tax legislation and social security regulations
• Handling time management matters (e.g. shift schedules, working time models, opening time windows) when covering for colleagues
• Handling statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
• Carrying out administrative tasks, e.g. preparing documents, analyses and reports (SAP), maintaining the intranet
• Supporting monthly reporting and the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Supporting HR Business Partners in day‑to‑day operations
• Supporting recruitment

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• Further training as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) desirable
• Several years’ experience in human resources
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Good knowledge of labour and collective agreements (metal and electrical industries) desirable
• Ideally, in‑depth knowledge of occupational pension schemes
• Good knowledge of SAP desirable
• Very good written and spoken German
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
