Payroll Specialist (Ref:o187A)

The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join this global organization.

This role involves preparatory payroll accounting and working with an external payroll provider while serving as a contact person for employees and line managers regarding payroll services.

• Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting and working with the external payroll provider.
• Being the contact person for employees and line managers for questions relating to payroll services.
• Preparation of certificates and monthly KPI reporting.
• Exchange with payroll providers, health insurance companies, authorities and offices.
• Supporting activities during audits of field offices.
• Taking on interface tasks in the area of payroll services.
• Collaboration in day-to-day operations and payroll projects.

• Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training.
• Several years of practical experience in payroll accounting.
• Knowledge of social security law, wage tax law, and certification.
• Understanding of employment contracts.
• Experience in supporting employees and their concerns.
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office products.
• Very good command of German and a good command of English.
