People Business Partner, Product & Engineering (Remote - EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR and management practices including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on complex HR cases
• Own and evolve HR processes and policies across the Product function, ensuring efficient and impactful implementation
• Lead change management efforts, including HRIS system rollouts, organizational changes, and policy updates
• Partner with leadership to design and launch career development frameworks and progression plans
• Collaborate with HR, Product, and cross-functional teams on initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance organizational effectiveness
• Drive adoption of new practices and systems, ensuring alignment across teams and high engagement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in tech or high-growth environments
• Strong background in HR best practices with proven success implementing people strategies at scale
• Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational challenges
• Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching leaders and building trust across all levels
• Ability to influence without direct authority, mobilizing teams to drive initiatives forward
• Ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
• Fluency in English and Russian
