Performance Marketing Specialist - B2B

Position Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital campaign management to accelerate lead generation and brand growth at 1GLOBAL. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and an understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure that campaigns are not only optimised for clicks and conversions but also provide seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences
  • Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to optimise landing pages and ensure high conversion rates
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3+ years\' hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid B2B campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimisation
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of Design, UI/UX best practices and their impact on lead generation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and create compelling ad copies

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS industries is a plus
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory
