About this role

This Commercial Director position reports directly to the Senior Sales Director and is based in Neuss. You will be responsible for accelerating our Pharmacy channel strategy within Germany, delivering superior market growth through customer partnerships and Go-to-Market agendas.

• Shape, set & execute our Pharmacy Channel Vision and Strategy (Bricks and Mortar)
• Deliver superior market growth
• Select target brands or customers with maximum return on investment opportunities
• Create strategic business plans focused around local needs including , optimised operational costs
