Our group is interested in numerous aspects of the biology and immunologic interactions in the tumor microenvironment in murine and human gastric cancer. We are analyzing the role of different immune cell subsets in tumor initiation and tumor growth using patient-derived organoid systems. xmdgtar Within this BMBF funded project we will perform a comprehensive analysis of the immune metabolism in gastric cancer-infiltrating T cells.
