Picking and Transportation Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop operational support plans for key scenarios (e.g., promotions, holidays, severe weather), defining objectives, resource requirements, and operational strategies, and produce detailed project checklists.
• Coordinate resources within and across departments, facilitate consensus, and drive efficient collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of operational plans.
• Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of site production plans based on volume forecasts and early warnings, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Monitor abnormal fluctuations in operational timeliness, analyze root causes, develop improvement plans, track implementation results, and continuously optimize on-time performance based on actual operations.
• Participate in day and night shift rotations to ensure 24 / 7 operational stability.

Job Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 2+ years in operations assurance, planning, scheduling, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in data analysis methods, familiar with sorting processes and related systems.
• Practical experience in planning and scheduling.
