Portfolio Manager – Personal Workspace, Europe

Join Logitech’s Personal Workspace category to drive commercial strategy across Europe. Reporting to the Category Head of Personal Workspace, Europe, you will partner with country teams to translate global and regional plans into local actions.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and regional Promo & Category strategies into effective campaigns and activities in European markets.
• Act as the daily point of contact on portfolio optimization with the GCO Category organization.
• Partner with the Personal Workspace Marketing Manager and country teams to drive implementation and execution of campaigns.
• Provide the Head of Category with key insights and detailed analysis to support NPI launches for key products in Europe.
• Deliver KPIs of Personal Workspace products, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct regular video call meetings and on-site meetings with country points of contact, marketing managers and account managers (approximately 30–40% travel).
• Drive cross-country collaboration, share best practices and adapt successful activities for execution in other countries.
• Act as a business partner for commercial aspects of the category with country contacts, especially for market performance analysis, strategy development and identification of new opportunities.
• Be a brand ambassador for Personal Workspace.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of international portfolio and category experience from leading FMCG, CE, or consumer‑centric companies.
• Strong P&L and portfolio awareness, with solid business analysis skills.
• High strategic capabilities to translate global strategic plans into commercial category strategies.
• Ability to articulate and commercialize NPIs and engage with global teams and countries to ensure strategy execution.
• Experience working in a matrix structure.
• Experience building brand value, making strategy recommendations, and successfully growing a product line.
