Praktikant (m/w/d) Shared Service Center Accounting

We are currently looking for an IT Call Center Operator for a temporary contract .

Responsibilities

• Supporting users with hardware and software issues
• Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions within agreed response times
• Logging and following up incidents in the ticketing system
• Managing support requests from start to resolution
• Assisting with computer installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Coordinating with internal IT teams when escalation is needed
• Keeping technical documentation up to date

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support (including internships or traineeships)
• Good knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
• Comfortable use of Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with remote working tools like Teams, Zoom, VPN, or similar platforms
• Experience with ticketing systems or incident management tools
• Good communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level)
• A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment and under pressure
