Pricing Specialist – Transformation

As Pricing Specialist – Transformation, you will play a key role in shaping REPA’s pricing future. You will support the group-wide pricing transformation journey, implementing a unified and scalable pricing framework that drives performance and efficiency.

Job Description

• Join the Pricing Transformation Journey: Contribute to building a unified and scalable pricing framework across the REPA Group.
• Implement Modern Pricing Solutions: Support the group rollout of a new pricing system to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.
• Test & Model: Prepare pricing input parameters, test new functionalities, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Webshop, IT, and Data teams during the transformation process.
• Monitor KPIs: Track progress and measure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
• Drive Change: Understand the current pricing landscape and help teams adopt new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pricing with a solid understanding of pricing strategies.
• Experience with pricing software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and fact-based decision-making.
• Enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level); German is a plus.
