Principal – Business and Professional Services | Global Leadership Advisory Firm (Tier1)

Our client, a global leader in executive search and leadership advisory, is expanding its Business and Professional Services Practice across Germany and Europe. We are seeking a Principal who is ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of this fast-growing practice.

You will work directly with Chief Executive Officers, board members, and investors at decisive moments of growth and transformation, advising some of the most ambitious professional services, consulting, and business process organisations on their leadership agendas.

Tasks

• Lead and deliver executive search and leadership advisory projects for clients in the business and professional services sector
• Advise senior leaders on growth, transformation, and leadership challenges
• Drive executive and board-level appointments that have lasting impact
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives and investors
• Collaborate with international colleagues across related practice areas, including strategy, technology, and private equity

Profile

A strong record in executive search or leadership advisory, ideally within professional or business services
Alternatively, experience in management consulting, business transformation, or senior roles in high-growth service organisations

A deep understanding of how leadership drives value in people-centric businesses

A strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine passion for leadership
