In this role, you will own and shape the product that unlocks better stays for millions of travelers, shaping how HomeToGo evolves into an AI‑driven OTA that helps users reach confident decisions and drives sustained retention.
You will be accountable for the full “first mile” of the journey: how travelers arrive, orient themselves, explore options, compare tradeoffs, and decide. Your mandate is to shape how the marketplace functions as a decision system that helps users narrow options, understand value, and trust what they see, consistently across Web and App.
Operating with a system‑level mindset, you will translate company strategy into product principles, metrics, and roadmaps while balancing traveler confidence, partner success, and long‑term marketplace health.
