In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the harmonization of global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials. As a key technical authority, trainer, and primary point of contact, you will foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of knowledge on hot forming.
• Cultivate expertise and best practices through internal knowledge sharing.
• Define, develop, and implement standardized global process protocols.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes.
• Evaluate and promote technical innovations and industry standards.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing global qualification and training programs, providing support to production sites in stabilizing, optimizing, and standardizing processes, conducting technical process assessments at various production sites, and delivering remote and on-site training sessions combining theory with hands-on practice.
