The Proposition Management team at FFB (FIL Fondsbank) is the driving force behind creating and evolving investment solutions and digital journeys for advisers and retail investors in Germany. About Your Role
As a Proposition Manager, you will support in the strategic development and continuous improvement of our offerings for financial advisers and end investors. You’ll help translate client insights and market trends into tangible offerings and product innovations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development of new and existing offerings for advisers and end investors
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and support user research and testing initiatives
• Manage product and project lifecycles - from idea through design, implementation, and launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Oversee product governance, coordinate incident resolution, and support regulatory compliance
• Monitor business KPIs and help shape roadmaps and forward-looking planning

About You
You’re eager to grow, an analytical thinker, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Understand agile working methods and enjoy contributing to a dynamic team culture
• Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in proposition, product, or project management OR if you recently graduated but completed relevant internships/working student roles within the Financial Services industry.
• Are highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Communicate effectively in both German and English
