Product Manager

to drive product strategy, localization, and lifecycle management in one of Europe’s most competitive automotive markets. Your Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning Identify market opportunities across relevant vehicle segments Lead new model planning, product positioning and specification definition Develop competitive product strategy and product roadmap Manage full product lifecycle (introduction to phase-out) Translate German market requirements into HQ engineering language Market & Competitor Intelligence Analyze automotive industry data (policy, sales performance, market trends) Maintain competitor database (pricing, configuration, campaigns) Conduct pre- and post-launch market research Anticipate customer trends and future product needs Regulatory & Market Compliance Monitor relevant German & EU regulatory developments and assess potential product impact Coordinate regulatory topics with internal and external stakeholders to ensure launch readiness Support alignment between product definition and local compliance requirements Product Launch & Cross-Functional Coordination Support test drives (dealer, media, internal) Collaborate with Marketing & Sales for successful product launch Provide product training and competitive insights Product Lifecycle Optimization Monitor product performance and customer feedback across lifecycle phases Support continuous product improvement initiatives based on market insights Provide structured feedback to HQ for future product enhancements ✅

Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Automotive Engineering or related field 5+ years experience in automotive product management Experience in product launch & lifecycle management Strong knowledge of EU automotive regulations Analytical, structured, and business-oriented mindset Strong communication and cross-cultural coordination skills English required; German highly preferred Why Join Us?
