Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist passionate about fintech and digital payments.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in positioning and promoting our online payment processing solutions for game developers and digital businesses. Your focus will be on crafting compelling messaging, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our payment solutions meet the needs of our clients and stand out in the competitive fintech landscape.

The ideal candidate has experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or go-to-market execution within the payments, fintech, or SaaS industries, with a strong understanding of digital transactions and user experience optimization.

What You Will Do:

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Ability to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to refine our marketing approach.
• Messaging & Positioning: Proven experience in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in planning and executing product launches, working closely with sales and product teams.
• Content Creation & Campaigns: Ability to develop engaging marketing materials, including case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement tools.
• Analytics & Performance Measurement: Comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to grasp the mechanics of online payment systems and explain them to different audiences in terms relevant to them.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required.
• Independence & Proactivity: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently without micromanagement.

What You Will Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in content creation, content management, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or payments
• A self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Curious and excited about the tech, digital, or payments industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Enjoys collaborating with multicultural teams and adapting to global perspectives
• Available to work full-time and ready to take on new challenges immediately
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level); additional language skills are a plus
