Product Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth research on local market technology trends and product development trajectories , and provide actionable insights for product layout.
2. Carry out comprehensive research and validation of local consumer demands ; identify unmet needs and pain points for targeted product positioning.
3. Formulate localized product planning schemes aligned with the company’s mid-to-long-term strategic goals , combined with consumer needs and industry trends.
4. Take charge of localization planning and definition of product projects , covering styling design, configuration matching, pricing strategy and sales channel planning; drive the initiation and end-to-end development of new product projects.

Job Qualifications

1. Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of automotive product planning or related experience (automotive industry background is a must).
2. Proficient in local market access regulations, product adaptation requirements, customer preferences, as well as competitive products’ core specifications and market performance.
3. In-depth understanding of product planning logic, core product features and brand product strategies of leading automotive brands in the European market.
4. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English (as working language); proficiency in German is a strong plus.
