If you want to do the best work of your career while helping to reshape an entire industry, this is your opportunity.**What You’ll Do*** Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales conversations, presentations, and solutioning around nCino’s specific capabilities* Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of the nCino platform* Lead detailed product demonstrations and presentations, handling questions on functional capabilities and showcasing the value of nCino’s solutions* Bring subject matter expertise in credit, lending, and the broader banking and financial services sector to every client engagement* Work 'hands-on' with the nCino solution to reflect prospect-specific user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to highlight differentiated value* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless prospect experience**Ideally You’ll Have*** Solid experience in banking or financial services, ideally combined with a background in a Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting role* A proven ability to build strong rapport with prospects and clients, navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder environments with confidence* Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you engage and persuade in front of large groups and senior audiences* The ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios, adapt to evolving situations, and thrive in a client-facing environment* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)* Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required (up to 60%)**Bonus points if you also bring:*** Hands-on experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows* Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector* Experience using or configuring Salesforce**In Return We’re Offering**We believe great people deserve great benefits.
