Senior Program Delivery Partner (Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Principal to lead large‑scale cloud transformation programmes across the DACH region. This is a senior, client‑facing role combining strategic advisory, programme leadership, and commercial accountability.

You will own the end‑to‑end success of cloud implementations, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while driving adoption and long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex cloud transformation programmes from initiation to delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client organisations
• Drive customer success, ensuring adoption, performance standards, and delivery milestones are met
• Support sales activities, including proposals, solution planning, and cost estimation
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and delivery excellence
• Oversee resource planning and resolve staffing challenges across multiple projects
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align delivery, sales, and partner teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in the insurance industry, with knowledge of at least one DACH market
• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation or cloud implementation programmes
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while ensuring execution excellence
