Role: Program ManagerMode: Permanent/FulltimeLocation: Karlsbad, Germany(Work from office 4 days per week) Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, internal teams, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, coordination, and tracking skills, with a strong understanding of software and product development lifecycles. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Coordination:Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, and trackers, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and KPIs are met on time and within scope.Stakeholder Management:Facilitate effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and delivery leads of sub-programs.Cadence & Governance:Drive recurring meetings, reviews, and status cadences with clear documentation, action item follow-up, and issue resolution tracking.Metrics & Reporting:Define, measure, and report on program KPIs and delivery metrics; proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.Lifecycle Management:Ensure adherence to software and product lifecycle processes, from concept to release, including validation, delivery, and post-deployment support.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging program data and team feedback to enhance delivery efficiency. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA or PMP certification preferred.7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in automotive, embedded, or software product domains.Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management (Agile, V-Model, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Excel dashboards, Power BI).Ability to work independently and manage multiple sub-programs simultaneously.
