Project & Client Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Project & Client Management for pitches, sales assessments, and sales documents, steering the entire sales process to project completion.
• Coordination of projects with external service providers and internal departments.
• Assisting in the creation of pitch presentations and teasers.
• Organization and processing of information such as land value maps, public inquiries, and credit reports.
• Maintenance and further development of the CRM system (Salesforce), including offer dispatch, data upkeep, reporting, investor list creation, status‑list management, acquisition profile handling, and opportunity & fee‑forecast administration.
• Support and onboarding of new employees in Salesforce.
• Translation of complex real‑estate texts into English.
• Client contact tasks such as appointment scheduling and management of confidentiality declarations.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, real‑estate economics, or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Multiple years of experience in project and client management, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Experience in identifying and analysing CREM paths is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Methodical, meticulous, and self‑sufficient working style.
• Team‑oriented and communicatively strong.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
