Project & Client Operations Manager (on-site Hamburg - not remote)

We’re looking for a Project & Client Operations Manager who operates at the core of the agency, running projects, working closely with clients, and turning that proximity into new business.

You’ll be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day, managing projects end‑to‑end, understanding the work at a granular level, and using that insight to spot and create opportunities. From there, you’ll actively drive both inbound and outbound efforts, build outreach that actually converts, and grow relationships into long‑term partnerships.
