Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support our team in Germany.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the complete execution of steel industrial, logistics and commercial projects
Leadership and coordination of the project team throughout all project phases
Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services together with procurement
Client support and coordination with specialist engineers and planning partners
Ensuring quality, schedule and cost control
Risk management and proactive development of solutions in case of deviations

Key qualifications

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Extensive experience in structural works and/or turnkey construction (industrial/commercial sector) – preferably in steel construction
Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
Structured, independent and solution-driven working style
Leadership capability and team spirit
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel
Fluency in German language, English is an advantage
