Perform BtoB Consulting projects of New Business Development, Market Analyzes & Strategic Marketing for our global clients active in Chemistry, Circular Economy, Sustainable Materials & Life science. Assess the potential of innovative products or technologies and define the right strategy to sustainably develop sales. Coached by experienced Managers you will:
Responsibilities
- Assess technical markets: Competition landscape, Market size, Channels-to-market, Key players, Opportunities, Threats, …
- Run phone prospecting / voice of customers campaigns / interviews
- Held meetings with prospective clients to collect market data and introduce innovative technologies
- Summarize & analyze the data collected
- Design a Business Strategy
- Prepare Executive presentations summarizing the project results, and the strategic recommendations
You will also be involved in Daydream’s own business development activities and in charge of winning new consulting projects at selected customers.
Supported by a global team of fellow consultants & managers, you will quickly become autonomous and have the chance to develop your project management skills as well as a strong knowledge of multiple industries.

Qualifications
Daydream seeks a driven individual who can adapt to different technical environments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join a growing team.
The full-time position is for a graduate in a scientific (chemistry, engineering, …) or economic / business area; preferably with a PhD or a MS Degree.
Prior experience in sales or marketing in the Oil & Gas industry, Coating, Cosmetic, Food & Beverage, Biotechnology, Polymers or Automotive is a plus.
