Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close TGA projects independently, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.
• Lead service technicians and support staff within the project team.
• Consult customers, create and process offers, and manage contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee defect elimination and documentation generation.
• Coordinate procurement and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Professional training as a Master or Technician in building technology, or a related university degree.
• Experience in project management.
• Several years of experience in TGM or customer service.
• Strong technical understanding of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations DIN and VDI.
• Very good German language skills.
