Proposal Manager (m/f/d) Bioanalysis

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with
  the responsible business development (BD) manager and scientists
• Participation in technical calls with clients together with the responsible BD manager and
  subject matter expert/scientific advisor in order to better understand the clients´ business
  needs
• Compilation of tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation,
  payment schedules and timelines
• Perform and coordinate internal review process of proposals with key stakeholders (BDmanager,subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific field, healthcare or business-related field
• Sociability, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team
• Structured and result-oriented approach
• Very good communication skills
• Assertiveness and high social competence
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Experienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word
