One of our companies is currently looking for a QA Engineer for Xbox Project in Anywhere .
This role offers the opportunity to ensure the highest quality standards for a unique karaoke game featuring AI-driven singing analysis and interactive crowd reactions. As a QA Engineer, you will focus on testing critical features like asynchronous multiplayer gameplay, leaderboard accuracy, and room-based interactions. Your role will be essential in validating Xbox-specific hardware compatibility and providing valuable feedback on performance and user experience. You'll be joining a dynamic, remote team and have the flexibility to work on your schedule while making a significant impact on the gaming experience of millions.
Accountabilities:

Create, execute, and manage detailed test cases for various game features, including AI-driven components, multiplayer modes, and environment interactions
Test asynchronous multiplayer functionalities, ensuring smooth gameplay, leaderboard accuracy, and seamless room availability
Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello
Perform performance testing on Xbox hardware, delivering feedback on game stability, performance, and user experience
Ensure that online and offline gameplay transitions are smooth and flawless for users
Collaborate closely with game developers and other QA team members to ensure the highest quality product delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in Xbox QA testing, with deep familiarity with console-specific features and hardware
Strong understanding of multiplayer mechanics and proficiency in bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
Ability to test complex game features, including AI-driven gameplay and multiplayer interactions
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
