Do you have experience in managing oppositions and appeals? Do you enjoy providing strategic advice to clients with respect to FTO and litigation tactics? Do you have a technical background in pharmaceuticals and/or biotechnology? Would you like to build your experience in SPCs as well as UPC litigation? Are you a European qualified Patent Attorney? Join the Munich office of a leading British firm of patent attorneys who have seen significant growth in their contentious practice in recent years. Be at the heart of EPO litigation in Munich with scope to help the firm develop its practice in the region even further. This is a client facing, commercially orientated role that should be incredibly dynamic and will be crucial to the development of the firm as a whole. It’s an incredibly high-profile position, and hence, the potential for career progression is excellent.

Suitable candidates will be European qualified patent attorneys with a relevant technical background. There is a great deal of flexibility in where you currently are in your career; both Associate and Senior Associate level (or equivalent) attorneys will be considered. The firm primarily operates in English, so a good command of English will be necessary, but it’s certainly not required to be your first language. If you are able to speak German, that’s a nice to have but is certainly not essential.
