They are seeking a highly motivated Customer and Supplier Quality Manager to join the team at their Munich office. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related quality matters, ensuring that expectations are clearly understood, consistently met, and effectively communicated across internal teams.

KEY DUTIES

• Act as primary contact for quality topics with customers (OEMs, Tier1s)
• Manage, coordinate and deploy customers' requirements along the supply chain
• Support RFQ / RFI for all Quality aspects
• Lead Customer quality ratings / Potential Analysis, assessment and audits
• Manage customer complaints, 8D reports, corrective actions and Lesson Learnt mastering problem solving methodology (FTA, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and approval process
• Collaborate with all relevant functions for new products introduction (design for quality, FMEA, robustness validation)

EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree Electronics or Electrical engineering(or similar applicable field)
• 7+ years of experience in automotive electronics / semiconductor industry / in Quality Management
• Deep knowledge of automotive processes / methodologies / requirements for whole product lifecycle
• Mastering fault isolation and failure analysis techniques
• Proficient with automotive standards
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and German.
