Safety & Quality Manager

Person in Charge of Electrical Engineering (VEFK)

Core Role Focus

Electrical Safety Authority & Supervision. Sole professional and supervisory responsibility for all electrical work (per DGUV Reg. 3).

Legal Mandate

Highly Specific & Legally Mandated. Role is defined by VDE , granting formal legal status and specific authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical safety assurance following DGUV Reg. 3.
• Supervision and validation of all electrical work.
• Develop and implement work procedures, select personnel and tools.
• Monitor work processes via spot checks.

Qualifications

• Mandatory electrical engineering background (Diplomingenieur, Master, or equivalent certifications).
• Proven knowledge of German electrical standards such as DIN VDE 0100, DIN EN 61936-1 and VDE-AR-N 4105 for PV systems.
• Independent decision-making authority in electrical safety matters.
