Quality Inspector (m/f/d)

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections of documents
• Monitor compliance with job specifications, Quality and completeness
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors
• Enforce adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Investigate root causes of defects or deviations and participate in corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA)
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce quality incidents
• Provide input on quality training and help develop standard operating procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments

• Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a production environment
• Vocational training in quality management, or a technical field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in high-volume document production
• Knowledge of document production and processes
• Understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/QMS tools)
