Redstone Commodity Search are working with a logistics company specializing in transporting gases (LPG, propane, etc), looking to hire a Rail Freight Transport – Sales representative to join the team in Böblingen, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in rail freight and gas transport markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high service standards.
• Develop tailored proposals, pricing models, and transport solutions aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in rail freight, logistics, and ideally energy trading sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of European rail freight operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Located or willing to relocate to Böblingen, Germany
