Ramp Services Specialist - Part‑time - Stuttgart (USN)
Versar Global Solutions is hiring a part‑time Ramp Services Specialist in Stuttgart, Germany. The candidate will perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, instructions and the Performance Work Statement.

Seeking a part‑time Ramp Services Specialist.
Your Impact
- Reports to Ramp Services Supervisor.
- Perform the correct and safe operation of all aspects of the Ramp Operations Section.
- Obtain / maintain required qualifications.
- Help Aircraft Services Supervisors complete all Aircraft Services tasks/operations and ensure safety requirements are upheld.
- Ensure cargo and baggage are properly handled IAW applicable instructions.
- Validate, select, stage and load aircraft loads IAW applicable guidance.
- Ensure all trash is removed from aircraft other than AMC Contracted Aircraft.
- Offload/on load cargo on trucks/flatbeds.
- Operate GDSS as required.
- Ensure all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are properly accomplished.
- Complete terminal inventories.
- Coordinate timely cargo pick‑up/release.
- Escort trucks, buses, POV/DV personnel onto the flight line.
- Facilitate on‑time aircraft departures.
- Ensure all VGS controlled areas are clean and neat in appearance.
- Ensure vehicle inspections are properly completed and documented.
- Operate K‑loaders, forklifts, TA trucks or other required vehicles safely, inspect daily utilizing check lists and AFTO forms and ensure vehicles in need of repair or service are properly turned in to maintenance.
- Perform aircraft ground services IAW Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standard (AFOSHSTD) 91‑100, T.O. 00‑25‑172, AFI 11‑218, and applicable aircraft T.O.’s. Experience in GFE (Government Furnished Vehicles 10K AT (All terrain), K‑loader experience (60K, 50K, 25K, 25K Halverson).
- Perform supplemental duties in Aircraft Services or other work centres as required by Supervisor, Lead and Management.
- Ramp Services Specialist shall be flexible to changing shifts and constant adjustments to the PPR.
- Perform all other duties as prescribed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s licence from their home country with validity for 12 months from on‑site employment date.
- Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on‑site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilisation.
- Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorised entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with Air Terminal Ground Handling requirements.
- Shall have experience with aircraft and equipment loading procedures and a working knowledge of flight‑line operations to include aircraft loading procedures. Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programmes.
- Shall be familiar with Aircraft Load Team Chiefs Operations Guideline/Checklist, flight‑line safety, and vehicle requirements.
- Must be detail‑oriented, motivated and driven to perform at a high level.
- Must provide documents for SOFA coverage.
- Must obtain and have access to a US bank account for direct deposition of bi‑weekly pay.
