R&D Project Management Intern

【About the Role】 Join the Xiaomi EV R&D team and gain hands-on experience supporting complex vehicle development programs. This internship offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced engineering environment and provides valuable insight into automotive project execution.

【Responsibilities】 Support project planning and execution, including scope definition, timeline tracking, and resource coordination Facilitate communication across engineering, design, procurement, and testing teams Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting summaries and change tracking Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and issues Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and support progress reporting Contribute to budget and resource monitoring under guidance from senior team members Support data analysis and reporting using common project management tools

【Requirements】 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline Interest in automotive systems and R&D project environments Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with project management software is advantageous Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a dynamic environment Previous internship or academic project experience in engineering or project coordination is welcome but not required.
