We are offering an unpaid, fully remote internship in the organization and management of large online conferences in the fields of real estate and procurement. This role is designed for students who want hands on experience in professional event organization, business communication, and industry networking at an international level.
This internship focuses primarily on communication and relationship building. Approximately 90 percent of your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with professionals in procurement and real estate, including C level executives, senior managers, researchers, and industry influencers.
You will communicate the value proposition of the conference, establish new contacts, maintain professional relationships, and follow up with potential speakers and participants. You will use LinkedIn and automated communication software to structure and manage outreach campaigns.
You will become a key contact person for invited experts and guide them through the participation process.
Our events focus on innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, social responsibility, social business models, and strategic development in procurement and real estate.
You should be confident in professional communication, interested in working with senior decision makers, and motivated to take ownership of outreach activities.
