Your Role in the Talent Acquisition Team Europe Our mission: to attract and hire the best talent for Syntax – people who live and breathe technology with passion. In this role, you will be part of our European Talent Acquisition Team (Germany, Slovakia, Spain) and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for IT positions, from initial demand clarification through to contract signing.Your Responsibilities Independently manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for roles within our IT domains (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)Advise hiring managers on selection processes, candidate profiles, and current market trendsConduct direct outreach and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and XINGBuild and maintain a high-quality talent pool – both regionally and internationallyLead interviews and guide candidates through the decision-making process, including salary negotiationsContinuously improve the candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment processContribute to employer branding initiatives, social media recruiting, and talent eventsPrepare recruitment reports and derive measures to improve processes and KPIs Your Profile Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within IT or digital industriesPassion for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)Confident in using applicant tracking systems and MS OfficeStrong interest in technology topics such as SAP, Cloud, or Digital ManufacturingProfessional presence, empathy, and enjoyment in connecting with peopleExceptional communication and consulting skills – fluent in German and EnglishHands-on mindset, initiative, and strong team spirit Why Syntax?
