Role Overview:We’re looking for a Recruiter & Interview Specialist with excellent English and communication skills who can confidently interview, evaluate, and present candidates for non-technical roles (Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, etc.). What You’ll Do:Partner with clients to define roles and hiring goals.Conduct structured interviews in English with global candidates.Evaluate candidate fit and prepare detailed reports.Manage client communication throughout the process.Collaborate with our sourcing and operations teams.
