Regional Financial Controller

We have been exclusively assigned by a fast-growing services business who are looking to recruit a very exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Financial Controller. As the Regional Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the regional leadership team. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the region
• Manage regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support regional business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies and optimize financial performance
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals across the region

Profile of candidate

• Previous experience in a services type of business in financial management, preferably in a multi-site/muti entity role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be fluent in German and English
