Regional Marketing Manager (m,f,d) – Koch Engineered Solutions

The Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Marketing and Communications team is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for our European businesses. This role is responsible for creating and implementing targeted marketing strategies and tactics that effectively reach and resonate with our diverse customer base within the industrial, refining, and petrochemical sectors.

As an integral part of the global marketing and communications team, you will act as a partner to the business, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the region. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will spearhead the development of impactful marketing solutions; challenge conventional approaches; and drive action‑oriented, forward‑thinking strategies to achieve profitable outcomes. This role will be based in either the office in Dudelange, Luxembourg, or Hilden, Germany.

What You Will Do

• Own the marketing strategy tailored to the European region, driving both strategic planning and the execution of all related tactical initiatives across multiple channels.
• Provide thoughtful input, strategic counsel, and challenge to business leaders within the region.
• Develop regional marketing intelligence, including customer personas, buyer journeys and competitive analyses, to inform marketing strategies; connect the global team with regional insights.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, product and technology teams to execute product marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
• Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives, adapting global strategies to meet regional needs while ensuring consistency with the prominent brands in the region.
• Guide content, messaging and brand expression across online and offline channels.
• Support the company’s appearance at key trade shows, conferences, and customer events; partner to enhance the customer experience at events.
• Partner with cross‑functional internal capabilities and external third parties to deliver seamless and integrated marketing campaigns, fostering collaboration and unity across the organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proven experience building marketing plans that include clear roadmaps & actions, with a focus on segment or product marketing.
• Experience challenging and working collaboratively with stakeholders and leaders across the business.
• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product and/or other internal teams.
• Ability to derive customer insights and translate them into actionable marketing tactics.
• Experience working with third‑party creative agencies or freelancers.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Understanding of the industrial, refining, mass transfer, and/or petrochemical industries.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience working in a global or multi‑region business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation experience.
