As pioneers in digital SPECT and SPECT/CT imaging, the company utilizes advanced detector materials and proprietary hardware to provide high-speed, low-dose imaging with best-in-class image quality.
The Regional Medical Physicist provides specialized nuclear solution support across Central Europe. This role combines hands‑on clinical collaboration and medical physics expertise (including phantom experiments) with direct interaction with research partners and key clinical sites. The position requires effective communication with internal R&D, service, and sales teams to ensure optimal system performance and clinical success.
Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Medical Physics, Applied Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SPECT/CT systems , image reconstruction principles, and quantitative imaging.
Research Background: Demonstrated experience with clinical or translational research; expertise in data analysis methodologies is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming or data analysis (e.g., Python or MATLAB ) is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently within complex clinical environments.
R&D Collaboration: Experience collaborating with R&D teams on feature development is considered an advantage.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel 30–40% across the region as required.
Clinical Physics Support: Provide on‑site and remote advanced support, including protocol optimization, reconstruction parameter guidance, and clinical‑technical troubleshooting.
System Validation: Lead or support acceptance testing for newly installed systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Research Collaboration: Partner with regional clinical sites to support ongoing research, including data collection, study execution, and technical documentation.
Image Quality Expertise: Serve as the regional subject matter expert for noise reduction, reconstruction methods, quantification processes, and protocol standardization.
R&D Initiative Support: Engage in R&D projects, including beta testing and phantom experiments; provide structured feedback from clinical settings to the engineering team.
Education & Training: Deliver workshops, technical presentations, and training sessions to clinicians, technologists, and physicians.
Development: Create dedicated R&D tools or clinical workflows based on specific user needs.
KOL Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), research hospitals, and academic partners in the territory.
Public Representation: Speak at regional or national industry events and support sales/marketing events as a technical expert when required.
Documentation: Systematically document findings, observations, and research outcomes to support corporate reporting and product development.
