We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Director to own and grow enterprise accounts across the DACH region – with a strong focus on Germany. What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business opportunities across enterprise and Global 2000 accounts
  • Deliver against a $1.3M+ quota through direct and partner-led sales
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives and influence long-term strategy
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospect to close
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, negotiate high-value contracts, and drive revenue growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and foster a winning sales culture

What We’re Looking For
  • Consistent top-performer with a proven track record of $1M+ quota attainment
  • Enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience (Global 2000 focus)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build multi-level trust
  • Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and negotiating strategic deals
  • Presidents Club winner (or equivalent recognition) is a big plus

Bonus Points For
  • Knowledge of IAM, PKI, cloud infrastructure, or crypto agility solutions
  • Strong curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to ask the right questions
  • A consultative, value-based sales approach that resonates with senior stakeholders
