Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, plausibility check, validation, submission and optimization of correct and timely regulatory and bank statistical reports in accordance with CRR/CRD and KWG
• Key date comparisons and analyses
• Technical (co-)supervision of the regulatory reporting system
• Face off to the internal and external auditors
• Active participation in bank-wide projects
• Supervision and coaching of interns and working students

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience and (comprehensive) knowledge in regulatory reporting in the banking sector.
• Regulatory Reporting Specialist Certification qualification is a plus
• Good understanding and knowledge of the relevant requirements and legal standards such as Basel IV, CRR/ CRD, KWG, HGB. Confident handling of legal texts
• Good knowledge of the HGB bank balance sheet and commercial banking products
• Good IT skills (MS-Office Excel, BAIS Banking Supervisory Information System and SQL) desirable
• Enjoying working in an agile team with a mix of teamwork and personal responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English
